Its core functions include: after you complete necessary authorization procedures in accordance with our requirements, the platform can extract and obtain the material content you have stored or have the right to access in the designated database, and provide you with the function of batch publishing such materials to Douyin platform, subject to your further operation and confirmation.
2.2 We reserve the right to adjust, update, modify, or suspend part or all of the service functions at any time, for reasons including but not limited to service upgrade, maintenance, compliance requirements, or safety protection. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes in advance through appropriate channels such as website announcements or system notifications, but we do not assume any liability resulting from necessary adjustments under permitted circumstances.
2.3 You understand and agree that our service is only a technical support tool. We do not participate in the creation, review, or confirmation of the material content, nor do we assume any responsibility or obligation related to the legality, authenticity, appropriateness, or intellectual property rights of the material content you use or publish.
3.1 To use the relevant functions of the service, you must complete the authorization process as prompted by the platform. You guarantee that all authorization information provided is true, legal, valid, and you have the full right and authority to grant such authorization. We only obtain the right to process and use such content within the scope necessary to provide you with the service, and will not use it for other purposes without your additional consent.
5.1 Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
5.2 We do not guarantee the success, timeliness, or compliance of batch publishing operations, as such results are affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to the rules and technical settings of Douyin platform, network environment, user operation errors, or material compliance issues.
